our 700ml bottles serve about 20 - 23 standard drinks, depending on your pour. we like our drink strong, just like dedo.

rakija should be stored out of the sun and at room temperature. on a drink cart, in your pantry, on a bar - these spots all work perfectly. or you can store it like baba does in the cupboard above the stove.

please allow 3-5 days for dispatch of all DNA Distillery products. we always strive to send orders as soon as possible.
delivery time is determined by where you live and the efficiency of australia post. a DNA Distillery parcel can take anywhere from 1 to 10 days to arrive at your address. the following is a guide to estimated shipping times in australia:

· adelaide, darwin & perth: 5-10 days
· tasmania: 5-10 days
· regional centres: 5-10 days
· remote locations: 5-10 days
At this stage, DNA Distillery only offers domestic shipping australia-wide. That means you’ll need to personally send it to your cousins overseas when they ask for a taste.
once you have placed an order with DNA Distillery you will receive your tracking number from our shipping partner - australia post.
follow the directions on your confirmation email or notification to track your package. this tracking service is provided and managed by australia post. if you do not receive tracking information for your order, please email us at info@dnadistillery.com.

DNA Distillery does not offer refunds or exchanges for any product. due to health standards and potential contamination, we are unable to accept returned products.
however, exceptions may be made for faulty products or any damage caused during shipping.
if your product is faulty or damaged during transit, a replacement or refund of the purchase price may be issued to you.
to request a refund due to the above, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and a photograph of the product for assessment.
