Body & Colour	Crystal clear, platinum-bright. Light-bodied and clean, this is a spirit that lets the Shiraz grape speak for itself.
Aroma	White flowers and cereal on the nose, backed by gentle stone fruit.
Finish	Ultra smooth with a crisp, fresh close. Lingering vanilla and mineral from the Shiraz soils.

Taste	Rich and full on the palate, with layers of warm honey, dried fruit, and a subtle herbal bitterness that keeps it interesting. Sweeter and more complex than the Classic.
Body & Colour	Deep amber-gold. Medium-bodied, made from Australian Shiraz grapes with a weight and warmth that sits beautifully on the tongue.
Aroma	Floral and inviting with wet stone minerality and ripe fruit. Rewards patience.
Finish	Long and sweet with lingering herbal and fruit notes. The San Francisco World Spirits judges called it simply "wonderful." We agree, but Dedo said it first.
What Dedo wants you to know	Dedo's secret recipe and he's not telling. Made from the same Australian Shiraz grapes as the Classic, but transformed into something richer and more indulgent. Bridges the gap for whisky drinkers who haven't met rakija yet.

Taste	Fruity and crisp upfront with natural sweetness, balanced by a subtle cardamom warmth.
Body & Colour	Crystal clear with a soft, silky weight. Lighter and gentler than the grape varieties.
Aroma	Fresh pear blossom and orchard fruit, bright with a hint of spice.
Finish	Clean and refreshing. The pear sweetness lingers just long enough, then fades gracefully.
What Dedo wants you to know	This one's Baba's favourite and you know that means something. Made from Australian-grown pears and double-distilled in small batches.

Taste	Deep, rounded, and velvety. Rich dark plum intensity from the first sip. This is šljivovica.
Body & Colour	Clear with a light golden warmth. Medium-to-full bodied, this one has presence.
Aroma	Ripe plum and dark stone fruit, backed by warm spice and subtle earthiness.
Finish	Long, warm, and gently spiced. The plum sweetness fades slowly into a dry, clean close with a hint of oak-like warmth.
What Dedo wants you to know	Every Balkan family has a plum tree and a recipe. This one's ours, made from the best Australian-grown plums.
