Delivery within Australia
DNA Distillery currently delivers within Australia only.
Shipping rates
• Standard shipping: $9.99.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $149 after discounts.
• Express shipping: $14.99.
The free standard shipping threshold starts at A$149.01, exactly A$149 does not qualify.
Available services and the final shipping charge for your order and address are shown at checkout.
All amounts are in Australian dollars.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within one business day from Bass Hill Post Office, NSW 2197.
Dispatch is when your parcel is sent; it is separate from the time it takes to reach you.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time depends on your destination and whether you choose standard or express shipping. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Preorders and scheduled deliveries
Where a product is offered as a preorder or scheduled delivery, the timing shown on its product page applies to that item.
Tracking and delivery questions

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update it in time.
