DNA Distillery does not offer refunds or exchanges for any product. due to health standards and potential contamination, we are unable to accept returned products.

however, exceptions may be made for faulty products or any damage caused during shipping.

if your product is faulty or damaged during transit, a replacement or refund of the purchase price may be issued to you.

to request a refund due to the above, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and a photograph of the product for assessment.
