Our process

Our process isn't new, it's inherited. Passed down through stories, refined through time, and built on care, instinct, and family pride.

We use organically grown Australian fruit: Shiraz grapes for Classic and Gold, pears for Pear, and plums for Plum.

Our fruit is carefully selected and harvested at the right moment, when flavour, character and natural sweetness are at their best.
