When you think of rakija, it's probably the classic that comes to mind first. This is the one Dedo drinks most often, and it goes down a treat first thing in the morning. Our Classic Rakija is made from Australian Shiraz grapes and double-distilled in small batches.

Tasting Notes

Taste: Clean and bright with subtle stone fruit and a gentle floral softness.

Body & Colour: Crystal clear, platinum-bright. Light-bodied and clean — a spirit that lets the Shiraz grape speak for itself.

Aroma: White flowers and cereal on the nose, backed by gentle stone fruit.

Finish: Ultra smooth with a crisp, fresh close. Lingering vanilla and mineral from the Shiraz soils.
