DNA Plum Rakija (šljivovica/slivovitz) is finally here. Like our Classic, Gold and Pear releases, this spirit is made using only the best Australian-grown fruit and is double-distilled in small batches.

We think Baba will claim this as her new favourite, but Dedo might disagree. Either way, every sip honours the generations who made rakija before us.

Tasting Notes

Taste: Deep, rounded, and velvety. Rich dark plum intensity from the first sip. This is šljivovica.

Body & Colour: Clear with a light golden warmth. Medium-to-full bodied, this one has presence.

Aroma: Ripe plum and dark stone fruit, backed by warm spice and subtle earthiness.

Finish: Long, warm, and gently spiced. The plum sweetness fades slowly into a dry, clean close with a hint of oak-like warmth.

What Dedo wants you to know: Every Balkan family has a plum tree and a recipe. This one’s ours, made from the best Australian-grown plums.
